Janice Hauptman

Janice is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson who has a passion for the real estate business. She focuses her attention on each client and their specific needs - she is a natural at connecting people with properties. Janice has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and the surrounding neighborhoods on the North Shore of Long Island. Her intuitive sense of market trends has enabled her to provide a superior level of concierge service to each client.

Janice studied merchandising and design at the Fashion Institute of Technology and SUNY Oneonta. She began her career as a textile stylist for the home furnishings and hospitality industries. She previously worked as a Real Estate Salesperson based in the Hamptons, catering to a demanding clientele. Janice utilizes her eye for design combined with her expertise in real estate, to guide her clients through important real estate decisions. She has staged and renovated properties in Manhattan, including the Essex House and Trump Plaza, and properties throughout Long Island including the Residences at The Ritz Carlton in North Hills and  Atria On Roslyn Harbor. 

Originally from Douglaston and Manhattan, Janice now resides in Roslyn Heights, raising her two daughters who attend the Wheatley school district. Janice is very involved in the Roslyn and East Williston communities and is an active member of the Parent Teachers Organization. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, interior design, gardening and antiquing.
